She is having overall 12 years of experience which includes academics and industry. Her areas of interest are HRM, Economics & Marketing. She is an MBA in HR & Marketing from Vellore Institute of Technology and Ph.D from Vellore Institute of Technology in the field of HR.She has taken several best paper awards and her research paper recently published in SCOPUS indexed International Journal Asian Social Science in Cannada.She is having 16 research publications to her credit. She is also in the editorial board of two international journals.

She has taken up a funded research from china for an International Corporation for a period of 1 year. She is one among 10 members from India who attended the International Education Fair at Thailand sponsored by the Thai Government. Her project on community Development for Hyundai Motor India was also sponsored and was highly appreciated by Hyundai-Indian Manufacturing unit, Chennai.
